Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refer only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 48 hours of ordering, some orders take additional time. |
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
A flat fee of $40.00 will be charged for international shipments via USPS. At this time, shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
CUSTOMS
All international orders are subject to possible customs delays, so please plan accordingly. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Australia does not charge customs fees or duties to orders under $1,000 USD.
LOST MERCHANDISE
Risk of loss and title for merchandise purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
EXCHANGE RATE
Please note that all merchandise is listed and charged in U.S. dollars. Check with the issuing bank of your credit card to find the exact exchange rate.
